Enter Cyclocross, neither from left wing nor right, but straight down the middle. The middle is being the cross-over that occurs in a sport which takes the best of both road and mountain biking and melts it into a cauldron of excitement and frenetic riding mayhem! This discipline of cycling has been pedalling along healthily in the muddy field of the Benelux and France for decades, and fairly recently has started to get noticed from greater Europe and the USA. Tape Town has taken note of these movements and on a recent visit to Belgium has secured programming of the 2007/2008 Cyclocross season and has brought back content that will be packaged to be used on South-AfricanTV.
